I’m Dana Johnson, though you can call me Slayna—my creative alter ego. Born and raised in Rockland County, New York, my journey into fashion began unconventionally, designing prom dresses in high school for both myself and my peers. That spark of creativity still drives me today.

After refining my craft at the Fashion Institute of Technology, where I specialized in Advertising & Marketing Communications and Fabric Styling, I was honored to assist with styling at Yeezy Season 3, thanks to Kanye and FIT’s Career Services. The experience was transformative.

Since then, I’ve collaborated with iconic brands like Marie Claire, Marvel, Warner Bros., and Bloomingdale's, styling for high-energy campaigns and crafting compelling look-books that tell visual stories. Whether editorial or commercial, I’ve styled and assisted for major names like Target, Rent the Runway, Samsung, Amazon.

Fashion, for me, isn’t just about clothes—it’s about evoking emotion, sparking curiosity, and keeping the world on its toes.
